Accessibility statement

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG explains how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

What we do

• Test pages with automated WCAG checks before release, on desktop and mobile layouts
• Use semantic page structure, labeled form fields, visible keyboard focus and a skip-to-content link
• Meet minimum color-contrast ratios and respect your device’s reduced-motion setting
• Provide text alternatives for listing photos and announce form errors to assistive technology
• Build layouts that reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom

Known limitations

• Listing photos have short, generic descriptions (address and photo number) rather than detailed room-by-room descriptions. Ask us and we’ll describe any home in detail.
• Card and bank linking are provided by our payment partners (Stripe and Plaid) in their own secure windows; their accessibility is managed by those companies.
